School, Home, Friends
You interact with many different people in all areas of your life. You will feel close to some of them – like good friends and family. Others you won’t feel so close to – like some people from your school.
Spending time with your close friends and family should make you feel happy and safe.
There may be times when things just don’t feel right – and it’s not your fault. It may help you if you have a picture in your mind of what a good relationship feels like, how a healthy, happy family goes about things and how to spot the warning signs your body gives you when something may not be OK.
Choose from the list on the left to help you work things out.
