Positive Self help
It is important to find positive and safe ways of dealing with uncomfortable feelings. Some ways might be:
- Talking with someone
- Writing poetry
- Drawing
- Creative activities
- Spending time outdoors
- Writing in a journal
- Listening to music or watching a favourite movie
- Playing an instrument
- Joining a community group
- Exercising
- Spending time with people who make you feel good
- Playing with animals.
