Did the sexual assault damaged my body?

It is common to think that the sexual assault may have damaged your body.

It is difficult to talk about this because of shame and embarrassment.

Boys often find it hard to go to the doctor. It is actually harder to live with these fears in the long run and it can be a huge relief to know that your body is OK.

Counsellors know that boys can be worried about damage to their bodies so you can talk to them about that. It also helps to find out more about your body and how it works.

You can find books about your body at a library.
